Employee’s Compensation Act – Amendment – Bill Introduced in Parliament

EPFO now trying to resolve the issue of non-report of all absolute employees

In today epoch there are many establishments engaged into given that manpower supplier/facility provider/ security agencies covered under EPF & MP Act 1952. Many complaints were collected into the bucket of EPF regional offices via written letter or on Shram Suvidh portal or from other approaches on non-report of all absolute employees engaged at a respective client place/principal employer’s place by establishments. Now EPF central authority issued a new circular with no. Compliance/C-III/011/3(18)2015/DL/DO-Ref/8654 regarding above stated matter and decided in next to this –    Ø   It shall be mandatory on the part of Enforcement officer, to report number of employer in respect of these establishments with reference to each of principle employer /client being served by these establishments. Ø   In case of any 7A proceeding, in respect of such establishment, it shall be mandatory on the part of officer working as Departmental Representative to report no. of employee
