The Department of Labour, Haryana has issued a letter bearing No.  IR-2/2016/40727-883 dated:21 /10/2016  wherein the above enhancement/adjustment has been announced effective from  01/07/2016  .   The employer is needed  to release the arrears while processing the salary for current month. HARYANA GOVERNMENT LABOUR DEPARTMENT Notification The Ist July, 2015 No. 2/8/2015-2Lab In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 62 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service )Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005, namely:- 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2015. 2.
