In today epoch there are many establishments engaged into given that manpower supplier/facility provider/ security agencies covered under EPF & MP Act 1952. Many complaints were collected into the bucket of EPF regional offices via written letter or on Shram Suvidh portal or from other approaches on non-report of all absolute employees engaged at a respective client place/principal employer’s place by establishments. Ref: HO circular dated 01.12.2015 :- The new UAN based claim forms NO 19,10C & Form 31. The employees whose Aadhar Number and Bank details have been seeded as KYC and have been duly verified by the employer using digital signature and the details in form 11 have been completed, will now be able to use these UAN based new claim forms. These UAN based claim forms do not require attestation by the employer, the member can directly submit the claim form to the concerned jurisdictional EPF office. There are three prerequisite conditions which must be fulfilled before submitting these new UAN based claim forms. a) The AADHAR number and the bank account number of the employee are seeded as KYC and is digitally verified by the employer. b) All the details of the employee are available in Form No 11 (New). c) A cancelled cheque containing the name of the employee, bank account number and IFS code is attached with the claim form. As per ESIC2.0 reforms, the ESIC has to cover entire Districts by 2016 where it is currently functional. Further expansion will be happening due to increase in coverage by reducing threshold below 10 and also by covering construction and other unorganized sector workers. Due to this, manifold increase in the total number of IPs is expected. Based on the earlier decision of ESIC,a Sub Committee was constituted to suggest on expansion of medical facilities based on geographical necessity. It has recommended setting up of one doctor dispensary in such uncovered areas which are to be covered   In view of the above, ESI Corporation in its 167th meeting held on 18th December, 2015 has approved that in such, to be implemented new areas, if no other appropriate facility is there, ESIC should open one doctor dispensary with the following features:   A.
