Madhya Pradesh Minimum Wages Notification October 2016

In exercise of the power conferred by section -3 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948), read with the clause (B) of sub-section( I ) of Section-5 of the said act, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh  is pleased to introduce the formula for Variable Dearness Allowance in the minimum rates of wages fixed/ revised for the different categories of employees employed in the scheduled employments
