Gazette Ext. dt. 16.7.2015 p.768 NOTIFICATION-CHHATTISGARH July 10, 2015 No. F.10-11/2015-16.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 112 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Factories Rules, 1962, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said rules,- For rule 5, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “5. Authority to grant license and its tenure .- The authority to grant, renew, amend or transfer a license and to issue. a duplicate copy thereof shall be the Chief Inspector and License of the factories under the said Act, may be issued/renewed for the term of one year or more, on the submission of application of factory occupant alongwith yearly fees as may be prescribed but said term shall not exceed 5 years at a time.
